SERVICES – Bodypainting Flat Rate

If you are having a festival, a concert, a party, a charity function, a red carpet event, a music industry event, a convention, a function or a large event, and you would like to add an original means of entertainment to it, then consider having Joshua body paint your event attendees. Pay a flat rate and have him paint event goers for free or a flat rate and profit share by having him charging event goers to get painted. Entire bodies can be painted or simple sleeves and faces and other neat party effects.

Your event goers can be themed out like Mermaids, Flames, Fire & Ice, Animal Prints (Leopard, Tiger, Zebra, etc), Fairies, Abstract Art Designs, Painted on Clothes (Lingerie, Corsets, Swimwear, Jeans, Suits), Ocean & Aquatic Designs, Botanical Designs (Flowers, Roses, Hibiscus Flowers), Tropical Sunsets, Tribal Designs…

Clients include: Warner Brothers Home Entertainment, Bayer, Proctor & Gamble, Nintendo and many others.

Option number one

Flat rate, free painting for guests

We both promote the event and my attendance.
You pay me a flat rate and I body paint your staff, your models if you are providing them
I paint as many of your guests as possible at no cost to them.

Rate: CAD$1000

Each additional artist required is $750

Models not included.

This option is huge hit at events for a variety of reasons. Everyone loves seeing great airbrushing performed live in general and very few Canadians get to ever see it done live, but especially by someone really good at it. Crowds always form around the painting area, especially if there is a pretty lady getting painted, which is good, but what is better is that total strangers in the crowd often chat with one another more than they would in most other situations because the live art is a great and easy conversation starter for everyone. If the bar is close-by, crowds rarely stand around watching me without a drinks in their hands so the live painting helps bar sales in most cases.

Very few Canadians get to experience the massively popular Mardi Gras and Fantasy Fest events down south where body painting is everywhere and everyone is naked to some degree and frolicing and drinking, and so offering your attendees free painting will inspire more frolic. They will also appreciate that you spend your facility’s money on entertaining them; I hear all of the time how attendees at events want to go home with things, at the very least a good photo for memories and this will give them something special.

In Toronto, more people are inclined to get naked in a venue if the body painting service is free than if they have to pay to get this done, and in leu of the fact that it is only temporary.

For edible paints, small areas are painted, fruits, comics, and faux bikinis and writing are things that are most often done. The paints are very expensive and very sweet and too much is not good. Color selection of edible paints makes a lot of imagery impossible.
All of my equipment is top of the line. All of the paints that I use are the safest available and the best quality and therefore the most expensive.
Does not include taxes, travel, accommodations or any incidentals.
50% non refundable deposit to book the event.
The difference of deposit is non refundable 72 hours before the event.
Balance of payment is due upon my arrival and setup.

Option number two

Mutually Beneficial Bodypainting Business

I cost you nothing.
Bodypainting you or your staff costs you small business rate.
I bodypaint your guests and I can and I keep all of the profits and any all tips.

Does not include models or additional artists.

Option number three

Profit Sharing Bodypainting Business

We both promote the event and my attendance.
You pay me a flat rate.
I body paint your staff, and models if you are providing them
I paint as many people in your venue as I can, and we share the profits.

A 10 x 10 ft station or booth is set up in the facility with prominent signage and promotion to advertise to event attendees to get body painting for a small fee. you need an assistant to collect the money

A variety of themes, imagery and pricing can be offered to attendees and this is something that needs to be worked out.

A corset takes approx 20 minutes for approx $40

A t shirt takes approx 40 minutes for $80

Faux lingerie takes 20 – 40 minutes for $40 – %80

Faux bikini top and or bottom takes 5 – 10 minutes for $25.

Free hand imagery like tribals and fruits and text and abstract colors takes 5 – 20 minutes. A lady’s breasts painted like apples or cherries takes 5 minutes or less, for $20.

I require:

An assistant provided by you to collect the money and to offset me having to stop to talk to every guest instead of painting.
Bottled water.

This option does not include a model assistant, UV paints, Glitter paints or edible paints.
