1. General Services

What surfaces can you airbrush? We can airbrush almost anything! Common projects include custom t-shirts, hoodies, sneakers, motorcycle tanks, helmets, and even interior wall murals. If the surface can be prepped, we can paint it.

Do you provide the items, or do I bring my own? We offer both options. We stock high-quality blanks (shirts, hats, etc.), or you can provide your own item for a custom "bring-your-own" fee. Note: For used items, they must be clean and free of oils or waxes.

2. Pricing & Payments

How much does a custom project cost? Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, the number of colors, and the surface area. Simple names or "script" designs start at $X, while detailed portraits or automotive work are quoted individually.

Do I need to pay a deposit? Yes. To secure your spot in our production queue, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any digital mockups or painting begins.

3. The Process

How long does a project take? Standard turnaround for small items (apparel/hats) is 3–5 business days. For larger projects like helmets or vehicles, please allow 2–3 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Can I see a sketch before you paint? Absolutely. For complex custom work, we provide one digital mockup for your approval. We allow up to two minor revisions before the final airbrushing starts.

4. Care & Durability

Is the paint permanent? Will it wash off? For apparel, we use professional-grade textile inks that are heat-set for permanency. For hard surfaces (helmets/cars), we apply a high-quality clear coat to protect the artwork from UV rays and scratches.

How should I wash my airbrushed clothing? To keep your art looking vibrant:

Wash inside out in cold water.
Hang to dry (avoid high-heat dryers).
Do not iron directly over the design.

5. Shipping & Toronto Local Info

Where are you located? We are based in Toronto, Ontario. We offer local pickup in the [Insert Specific Neighborhood, e.g., North York/Etobicoke] area.

Do you ship outside of the GTA? Yes! We ship across Ontario and Canada via Canada Post or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in your custom quote.
